Description Orion 2011-08-31 11:10:29 UTC
Version: 0.7.0 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: Linux

Rekonq w "manually load plugins" crashes on visit to the website
http://www.sccportal.org that use flash objects

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
set Rekonq to WebKit "manually load plugins". Visit http://www.sccportal.org
press "load plugin" button. If nothing happens after a while (plugin will not load), try refresh Rekonq. The application crashes.

Actual Results:
Rekonq crashes

Expected Results:
the Flash plugin to load and the object to be shown

I have been able to reproduce this bug since Rekonq 5 but unfortunately believed it to be my setup. Have now via #rekonq had it confirmed that it happens to other users as well. Flash version does not seem to make any difference

Development on Rekonq ceased four years ago, and it has been unmaintained since then. KDE recommends using Falkon instead.
