The only way you can open the "Setup Custom Include Paths" dialog is to add an "#include <...>" with a non-existing header file and then click to solve this "problem" by adding another include directory.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Ask PovAddict.


Expected Results:  
There should be a menu command or a section in the KDevelop configuration dialog where the include paths could be changed.
