I guess that is because "Export to Facebook..." happens to be at the bottom of the list so its position is quite close to that button, and the slight movement of cursor might choose that entry accidentally. I can confirm this. It also happens to me. That's why I apply extra care when clicking the button. It does not help every time, though. One solution to this can be this https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/123342/ which reduces the number of menu items. Then the menu will not be overlapping with the button. Hello!
