This is a chained report.

1. I can't set the size of applets, when they are in a Grouping Panel. Applets behave like when they are in a Flow Group, and so, they can be at their full size always (there's an arrow at the bottom to scroll, after all).
2. I can't set the position of applets. When I restart the Plasma Desktop, all my applets default to 0x0 position, if they are in a vertical panel, and I must rearrange them manually.

This functionality is missing also in the Flow Group.

I consider this a bug, because it involves basic functionality for the product reported. However, strictly speaking, this is an enhancement.

This isn't an issue anymore. Fixed.
