The Network Management widget is missing the notifications, the ones configurable in System Notification Configuration -> Event source: Network Management. Even if those notifications are enabled none are triggered by the widget.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Activate/deactivate a network connection.

Actual Results:  
No notifications.

Expected Results:  
Notifications should be generated, depending on which are enabled/disabled.
