Hi, I have marked the option to turn off the desktop effects when on battery.

The problem is, that this doesn't have any effect. I start my notebook on battery and only the brightness is adjusted.

Not related to this but when I have your attention ;b

I have this script that should run when on battery: "solid-powermanagement set cpufreq ondemand". Is this still needed?

Thanks

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the powersave settings. Mark the option "Disble Desktop Effects" in the "Powersave" profile. Check that this profile is used when on battery.

Restart the notebook.

Actual Results:
Desktop Effects are still enabled.

Expected Results:
Effects should be turned off

Yeah, unfortunately this bug is pretty much problematic, and will require some research to be solved. Will keep you updated.

P.S.: No, you don't need that anymore :)
