Description Todd 2011-01-30 16:46:33 UTC
Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS:                Linux

I have a luks encrypted hard drive. In Dolphin, if I click on that hard drive I get a password dialog. When I enter my password, it then shows me the contents of that drive. With device notifier, when I click the drive I get the password dialog. However, instead of opening dolphin to the encrypted drive, it opens dolphin to my "Documents" folder. I think have to click the encrypted drive within dolphin.

Subsequent clicks of the device in device notifier properly take me to the encrypted drive directly.

Reproducible: Always

I can reproduce; dolphin however has issues as well;
I traced it back to some bad timing in the udisks-backend;
we ask for the file path before it's actually available and dolphin is called as "dolphin ''" instead of the right path.

I'll keep investigating.

Mh, looks like this is a duplicate of bug 271156
Could you please check with KDE SC 4.6.3 ?
Thanks
