Version:           2.0.89 (using KDE 4.5.85) 
OS:                Linux

The filter rules window does not appear in the panel. However it does appear in the task switcher. This is irritating and causes usability problems. E.g I have edited filter rules, not closed, but minimised the filter window. Now I can not get it back through the panel. It also does not reappear when I use settings-configure filters.

Reproducible: Always
