Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.80)
OS: Linux

The new powermanagement online shows profile "performance" on my laptop in settings, but the plasmoid still offers the usual choices (powersave, extreme powersave, agressive power safe and presentation.
This may be two bugs. For one, that there is only one profile. I thought I had read there will be some sane profiles created. This may be related to the fact that I did not have my batterie plugged in on the first start of KDE 4.6 Beta 1
The secound bug may be that the plasmoid does not sync with the existing profiles (I thought there should not be any "presentation"-profile anymore).

Reproducible: Always

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.37-7-generic-pae
Compiler: cc

That's correct - if you did not have your battery plugged in, only the performance profile is generated. Regarding the battery applet - I suppose you're running beta 1? If you do, please close this bug as fixed as this issue has already been fixed in trunk.

P.S.: In Beta2 or RC1+ there will be the possibility of regenerating default profiles from the UI.
