In Konqueror it is possible to create a new folder from the context menu of the folders panel, this function appears not to have been carried over to Dolphin and it causes slowdown when managing files.

Having to click into the parent folder, create a new folder, then click back into the folder containing the files to be moved is significantly less convenient than simply right clicking in the folders panel and creating a new folder from there.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to create a new folder without viewing the would be parent folder.
