The list of color schemes is not ordered. This makes it difficult for the user to get a quick overview of the color schemes.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open system settings.
Go to: Look and Feel > Appearance > Colors > Scheme.


Actual Results:  
The list of color schemes is unordered.

Expected Results:  
The list of color schemes should be ordered alphabetically.
