Could you explain the potential benefits of such an option? It is much more comfortable for just clicking a card once, and then click the staple I wish to have the card and then have it move over. Especially in Freecell where you actually don‘t move more than one card at a timei (yes, it automatically moves them using free cells but it‘s not that direct) loved this back in Windows NT days. *** Bug 324604 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I suggest a different solution: Make click on a card actually move that card to the "best" location. In case of "spider", which actually allows somewhat complex moves, the game board can usually guess the desired location in 80 to 90% of the cases. And it is faster, to "fix" the remaining 10 to 20% by moving the card to where it was intended to be, than to always have to click & hold & drag & drop or click & move & click again.
