Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.4.2) 
OS:                Linux

When the timer widget is placed in a panel that is oriented vertically, there is too much blank space above and below the timer display (see attached screenshot).

Reproducible: Always




Note taht there is no additional "panel space" between the three widgets shown in the screenshot -- timer widget takes up all the blank space shown.

My current KDE version is 4.5.1. The timer widget used to appear properly within horizontal panels in KDE v4.4.2.

SVN commit 1202147 by bettio:

Remove setPreferredSize, this should fix some sizing issues (it waste too much space in the panel)
