The ctrl-alt-v shortcut doesn't work anymore in trunk, and this makes using klipper without a mouse impossible.

Same problem on KDE 4.5.0 final release.

confirmed to ignore key combo with:

Gentoo Linux ~x86
KDE 4.5.0 release (ebuilds source: overlay kde)
