For the moment there is a workaround: If the mouse pointer is moved near the edge near the other screen and you wait until the toolbar vanishes. When you move it now to the other screen the toolbar will fail to appear (probably due to mouse being moved to short a distance - on this screen - for the toolbar to trigger it's appearance) I can confirm this problem. I am using kde 4.4.4 from upcoming opensuse 11.3 I cannot reproduce this anymore with the current dragon in git (KDE 4.10) Git commit b76edecf66d3f458f28bd01db06b500184bcff25 by Anthony Fieroni.
