Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

System Ubuntu9.10, with Kubuntu-desktop installed from kubuntu-ppa-beta repo, which uses KDE4.4. Knetworkmanager has a tab for DSL. I set my DSL account there. But it doesn't works. And I can't find how to manually dial up with knetworkmanager. However, pon dsl-provider works fine. And when I switch to gnome, networkmanager works fine also.

It looks like nobody pays attention to this bug. Anyway, I searched the internet for a workaround. The workaround is to remove plasma-widget-networkmanagement and use nm-applet from networkmanager directly.

This is frustrating, but it works.

I confirm that the bug persists, when I'm using kde 4.5 RC2, with kubuntu 10.04 installed from the ppa repository, and using the plasma-aplet of knetworkmanager, and through him I can not I connect using pppoe.
