I think that KWrite should provide a windwow wrap function that wraps the line at the end of the window just to show it so it doesn't display a horizontal scroll bar (so all the text can be read easily). No line feed or anything like that should be added in that place so if you rezise the window you can see more of the text.

Wrapping is handled by embedded editor in Gideon.
