Version:           1.68.0 - kde 4.4 rc (using Devel)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled sources

when opening a window of k3b with default settings (fresh install) the lower project pane is cut by incorrect size setting for initial window draw

please look at screen capture for details

Thanks for the report. Can the bottom panel be resized? Or maybe you can't resize it like in bug 219741?

It can be but every time I open a new k3b it restores the default window sizing and the cut pane
