Version:           2.2-GIT (using 4.3.85 (KDE 4.3.85 (KDE 4.4 Beta2)), Gentoo)
Compiler:          x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32

1. Open menu item "Playlist/Playlist Layouts/Configure playlist layouts..."
2. Now you can't you the amarok GUI nor the tray icon. You can't even focus the Amarok window by clicking on the tray icon.

The main amarok configuration dialog doesn't lock the UI, I don't see any reason for the playlist layout editor to lock it.
