Version:            (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

To reproduce:
1. open date and time widget from system settings,
2. Mark "Set date and time automatically",
3. Click apply,
4. Go back to the Guidance,
5. Go again to Date and time,
6. The checkbox is not set.

Where does "guidance" have Date and Time settings? I'm confused ...

Can you describe exactly what you tried to do, so the bug can be assigned correctly?

Now I'm confused too :) Isn't System Settings called Guidance? I'm talking about Date and time module from System Settings.
