Playlist layout

With current 2.2 git, my custom playlist layout is not loaded at startup. Manually switching to a different layout and then the desired one loads it correctly, however.

I'm attaching a screenshot and my custom layout's xml file.

Fixed by commit 10541ecc5ba5a087cd72d36623f00d6e79a42e4a
