When I try to save a VPN cisco connection, (i.e. I go to manage connections, -> VPN -> Add -> I fill in all the fields, and OK), and later, I try to connect, nothing happens. When I reopen the connection (via Edit button) it appears empty. 

I have restarted from an empty configuration for KDE 4.3 RC1, so it is not garbage from older settings. 

I have an intel chipset for the network card, but I don't think has anything to do with the report
