Try the first option you get with St. Paul from the "NOAA's National Weather Service" (see screenshot 1). The applet DOES NOT LOAD THE INFO, and DOES NOT THROW AN ERROR like it would if the server did not send the data. See screenshot 2.

Same here. Seems to have started with the 4.3 beta.
