I use to sort mails by dragging and dropping them into folders and subfolders (or mailboxes: what is listed in the left column). When subfolders are not displayed, I used to wait a bit over the folder with my mails and after a short delay, the folder opened and displayed its subfolders.

Yesterday I upgraded from KDE 4.1.2 to KDE 4.2. It is not possible to open folders this way anymore. Instead, I have to open the folders first (clicking on the small +) and then I can drag and drop my mails. This is a lot longer as it breaks the though "I want to move these and these and these emails, to... ok. Let's search for the destination first."
