The steps required to edit items in the various views are a little inconsistent in that some of them only allow items/item names to be edited if you double-click them, others allow double-clicking and also show a context menu on pressing the rmb.

Please provide context menus for all items to make editing obvious and consistent. Items which currently can only be edited by double-clicking include:
- Calendars in the "Work & Vacation" view
- Accounts in the "Cost Breakdown Structure" view
- Resource Groups in the "Resources" view
- Schedules in the "Schedules" view
