(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***)

Package: konsole
Version: 1.2 (KDE 2.1 post Beta 1)
Severity: wishlist
Compiler: gcc version pgcc-2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux 2.4.0-4mdk i686 (compiled sources)

The transparent schemas are great except... the 'standard white' that most of the transparent schemas default to hard to read (ends up looking grey and doesn't stand out) Bright white would be ideal.

I've modified the schemas myself but would like to see it included as default as part of the Konsole package.

Alternatively an option to set font color ala gnometerm would be give people more choice.

Thanks for a great terminal prog!

KDE 2.2.x has a schema editor in Control Center under System/ so it should be
easy enough for all people to change the color if they share your preference.
