Version:           2.0 beta-6 (using 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.24-23-generic

since the second krush day I noticed that using the mouse and the stylus together wasn't working.

1. start a new document
2. grab your stylus and paint something with the brush.
3. grab your regular mouse, select the pan tool and pan around
4. grab your stylus again, and try to paint.

I'm my case, the stylus pans instead of painting, next

5. use the eraser of your stylus, it works as expected and switches to the pixel eraser.
6. switch to your stylus pen, now unlike before it switches
7. grab your mouse, now instead of panning, it paints.

seems fixed in trunk, but present in 2.0 branch
