Description James Hogan 2009-02-10 23:24:14 UTC
Version: Plasma Workspace: 0.3 (using KDE 4.2.0)
Compiler: gcc version 4.3.2 20081105 (Red Hat 4.3.2-7) (GCC)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

I have an LUKS encrypted USB hard drive with partitions within it (set up with the help of http://penguinenclave.blogspot.com/2008/07/encrypted-removable-storage-with-fedora.html)
When I connect it the encrypted volume is added to the device notifier list as "Volume (crypto_LUKS)".
When I move over it grey text says the only action available for it: "Download photos with digiKam".
When I click on it that action is invoked, and although it asks for the pass-phrase and makes the enclosed partitions visible on the list, it also opens digikam which I don't want.

Expected behaviour is for it to either have an action for opening in dolphin, or better have a basic action for simply "mounting"/"unlocking" (not sure if that's the correct terminology in the context of volumes) the volume so that the enclosed file systems are made available without the bringing up of any more windows. The user can then open the inner file system in dolphin or whatever.
