How to reproduce:
1. Start KOrganizer. Create a new resource, "Calendar in local file".
2. Create an event in this resource.
3. Look at the created .ics file. It ends with "END:VCALENDAR\r".

Problem:
The final "\n" is missing. This is not RFC-compliant. It also makes Apple's iCal reject the file.

confirmed bug with ical Version 3.0.6 (1273) on MacOSX 10.5.6, Build 9G55.
