Hm, the title has been truncated, it was supposed to be: "KDE4 changes mouse button mapping set by HAL's input.x11_options.ButtonMapping option". I would like to confirm this bug. Found a clue: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evdev "A new instance of the driver is loaded every time a new input device is attached to the computer." I am not sure when it stopped being a problem, but right now it works as expected (with KDE 4.6 beta2, but I think it was fine with 4.5.4 and 4.5.3 too). |
