Instead of being http://bugs.kde.org/, it links to http://www.bugs.kde.org/, which gives error 404.

Does the dialog display "http://www.bugs.kde.org/" or when you click on the "http://bugs.kde.org/" link , the browser shows "http://www.bugs.kde.org/" ?

The new DrKonqi implementation was moved to KDE4.3trunk. We rewrote the application from scratch and all the URLs and links should be shown properly. Please reopen if you still have this issue when KDE4.3 is released.
