I've seen the screenshot and I' don't see the widgets blurred? They look ok to me. Also, it'd be really odd if that would happen only in khtml, is this khtml-related or a system-wide problem? Does it still happen in any recent KDE version?
Comment 3 Davide Bettio 2009-06-21 12:57:32 UTC
it happens on KDE 4.2.4 on Gentoo with Qt 4.5.

I'm advised to toss this to Oxygen.

mmm I don't see any blur either on the screenshot.

But the gradient quality looks a bit poor. Could it be that only 16bits colors are used ?

Also, the screenshot is a form displayed in a web browser.
What's the browser used to generate this ?
Could it be an issue with the html renderer ?
Are widgets also "blurred" in normal window (e.g. systemsettings) ?

Finally: is the mentionned "blur" still there with kde4.3 ?

Fixed, I think.
At least, I don't see the "blur" mentionned in the other screenshot.
I think it was due to the shadow's rendering (and possibly button gradient), which have been changed (hopefully improved) since kde4.4
Feel free to re-open if not happy.
