Do you try to remove the "built in" searches like - Current Fuzzy Image Search - Current Fuzzy Sketch Search ? These can not be removed (they can when trying to rename other searches :-) as mentioned in your other report). This report is nearly the same as bug 181720, I would assume it is the same problem. I can not confirm this, so it is rather hard to guess what is going wrong. Andi Yes, I am trying to remove searches named: "Current Fuzzy Image Search" and/or "Current Fuzzy Sketch Search". I understand that it might not make too much sense to delete these searches. What lead me to trying to delete a search was an attempt to delete the duplicate image search results. Some earlier version of digikam was showing wrong duplicate search results (no matter how many times I re-ran the search) and I was trying different things to get rid of those wrong results. Maybe a better solution would be to not even give the option to delete (and rename in bug 181720) for these built-in searches. SVN commit 916238 by mwiesweg: - for the builtin searches, which can neither be renamed nor removed, show a context menu with disabled actions (this is clearer than showing no context menu at all) - fix the slotTextSearchFilterChanged gone wild BUG: 181720, 181698 M +11 -4 fuzzysearchfolderview.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=916238 Not reproducible with 7.0.0-beta1 |
