Clickable link in KDE 4.2.1

Description Richard Bos 2009-01-18 21:28:42 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

In korganizer when one selects an event, by clicking on it with
the mouse, the event is shown in the center of the left pane.

In korganizer-3.x an url that is entered as an attachment in the
event, was clickable. Very useful, and very very convenient :)
(See attached screenshot).

But, with korganizer-4.x the way to add an url to an event has
changed and therefor a url is not clickable anymore.
With korganizer-4.x it would be great if a url that is part of
the event description would be made clickable (again).

It's clickable for me.

I'm using KOrganizer from branch 4.2 (it will have tag 4.2.1 tomorrow), can you update and retest?

I need to wait for openSUSE to provide packages. I don't build them myself.

@Sergio: I just upgraded to korganizer-4.2.1 and the link is still not
clickable... Can you provide a screenshot of your clickable link inside
korganizer, or we talking about the same?

In case your link is indeed clickable how did you add it to the event?

Clickable link in KDE 4.2.1

If I click it, the default browser gets open.
Comment 7 Richard Bos 2009-03-05 23:46:24 UTC
@Sergio, that seems to work for me too.

Thanks for the support / info.
