Description Mike Bridge 2009-01-16 04:53:21 UTC
Version: 1.33 (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Newsgator (or NetNewsWire, newsgator.com) is designed as an online RSS reader. It includes Mac, Windows, Win Mobile, and iPhone among others.

No current programs for linux support newsgator. I would like for it to be supported so that I can view the same RSS feeds on my IE 7 box at work, on my KDE 4.1 box at home, or on the road on my iPhone.

I notice https://code.launchpad.net/~vonami/akregator-newsgator/trunk may be a version of AKregator split off in Jan 08 with added support for newsgator. It appears to add the files newsgatorservice.cpp and .h. I've emailed the creator to ask if it works. This may be a simple fix of merging a couple things together.
