manual configuration issues

adding a manual wired profile leads to the following issues.

1. The add button in the IP Addreess tab (Addresses section) does not work.
2. the generated profile contains this info
[connection]
autoconnect=true
id=officeA4
type=802-3-ethernet
uuid={2fd8c794-886b-48a8-ad5f-6e53c311497f}

[ipv4]
dns=192.168.1.3
dnssearch=asg
method=manual

However when if one tried to edit the profile the file is wrongly read the method is set to dhcp.
Overall the manual wired connection does not work.

the version is 924744-60.15_x86_64
I tryed to use but it doesn't connect, open the manage connection window, press add button, put into manual IP network mask gateway dns server, but doesn't connect, open again the manage connection window the network mask wasn't there, 0 was showed.
Why in the first tab it ask me the mac address?? usually I inserted in kde3 only eth0!
