Description Holger Schurig 2008-12-21 17:40:17 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc (Debian 4.3.2-1) 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

I configured akregator to NOT show a tray icon. When I now click on the 'x' of the window, I'd assume that akregator get's closed and won't run anymore. However, a "ps" tells my otherwise.

Generally, I feel it highly inconsistent that most applications KDE applications can be terminated by closing the main window --- but that only a few of them resist my user's wishes and that I have to go via hoops to exactly do this. This is highly underisable.

Cannot reproduce, akregator is closed here correctly when the tray icon is turned off. Which release (or SVN revision) is that?
Comment 2 Frank Osterfeld 2009-04-10 22:38:42 UTC
Not reproducible, closing. Please reopen with information requested above if this still happens.
