Description CP Hennessy 2008-12-15 18:45:29 UTC
Version:           1.3.50 (using 4.1.82 (KDE 4.1.82 (KDE 4.2 >= 20081204)) "release 3.2", KDE:KDE4:UNSTABLE:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.7-8-default

Using the feed http://planet.python.org/rss10.xml the entries are in the list but for most entries, there is no text either in the list or in the content view below. This used to work in the older version of akregator( from KDE3.5).

Confirmed. Will add that feed as a test case.
Comment 2 Frank Osterfeld 2008-12-15 20:25:36 UTC
The feed is broken, the sequence on top refers to items which are not in the feed, while many of the items in the feed are not in that sequence. In RDF, the list on top must match the list of the entries. Please report that to the python.org webmaster. We won't implement a workaround unless this becomes problem with a significant amount of RSS 1.0 feeds (so that fixing all the feeds would be unrealistic).
