I am not quite sure whether this is a bug or a feature,
But it seems that google and superkaramba widgets do not obey the lock/unlock widget setting. ( it is always possible to move them )

bugs in both of the ScriptEngines, if that's true.

cc'ing Tiger, and then when that's fixed we'll move this over to SuperKaramba.

I will disable this "feature" in google gadget.
