This bug is still valid for 4.3.4, still IMHO it's a dupe of bug #191847 (and yes, it's a bug). Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! No reason to believe that this has been fixed. *** Bug 191847 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Which package/repository does contain 'kfile'? Is this 'kmimetypefinder5'? kfile no longer exists, and this functionality is now provided by shared-mime-into (a FreeDesktop standard) which handles this use case just fine. |
