Hi all!

I have multiple drives mounted to /mnt/HDD*, some of these drives automatically spin down after a certain idle time.

Listing the /mnt/ folder from any kde application (select file, folder,...) causes all drives to spin up. The actual folder listing appears after all drives are up & running, which is a significant delay. Also i don't like my drives to spin up & down multiple times without any apparent reason.

Is this a known problem or is this normal? What can i do to avoid this without unmounting & mouting these drives when i need them?

Big thanks in advance!!
Special thanks @ the kde devel team for all the hard work put in kde which would run more than perfect if nvidia would write a decent driver for their newer gpus.

I don't suppose this is still happening in a recent version of Plasma 5, is it?
