Description Rusty Russell 2008-12-03 23:28:05 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I occasionally post broken patches to lkml because I forget to disable wordwrap. I can't find a way to (1) insert files without wordwarp, or even (2) disable wordwrap permanently for all composing windows by default.

I can only embarrass myself so often before giving up and changing mailers :(

eg. http://lkml.org/lkml/2008/12/3/147

Thanks!

Hi,

Even there are other bugs about word wrap, including bug 174034.

You can disable it permanentely in Settings | Configure kmail | Composer in General unchecking the option WordWrap at Column ....

Regards.
