Hello!

I can't assign Ctrl+Q to 'Close Active' tab. That does assigning, but I don't see any reaction on it.
Changing to any other shortcut (like Alt+Q) has no effect too. The same is with 'Close others' command.
However, while pressing Close Tab from menu takes affect, but I don't see it's assignment in Settings->Configure Shortcuts.

That's really strange because I had no problems with konsole program starting from FC2 release (I'm using now Fedora-10).

Thanks!

Actually Alt+Letter and Ctrl+Letter are reserved for the "terminal", you can use "Ctrl+Shift+Letter" to assign a keyboard shortcut :)

Darío Andrés,

Actually I found the way to assign a key-binding as I wanted: I just choose a menu item and pressed the right click being on the menu-item. In the menu I've seen I was able to change the shortcut. That's a funny situation but at the same time, rather complex to be intuitive to understand. I think if so many users do use KDE console (I prefer it to GNOME terminal) you should make something to avoid users of suffering when changing shortcuts )

Thanks!
P.S.: I marked bug as invalid.
