Description Ulf-Rainer Tietz 2008-11-30 22:05:26 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.1.3)

1. To open a new window you need a double click, why now for kde 4 ?
2. Double click gets worse lately but I am not sure if it is kde, kernel or X. Just double clicking any word in here ( konqueror ) and trying to paste does not work anymore. This is now current arch, 2.26.27 kernel, kde 4.1.3

Where do you need to double click to open a new window (what application) ?
Thanks :)

I suppose this is because the tabbar behaviour changed in QT4 (and the new tab icon was removed or something similar). Changing into a wish :)

No, this is not related to Qt. I took the new/close tab buttons out deliberately to encourage people to use the keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+N or M) instead, if you really want them however there is an option in Settings -> Edit Current Profile -> Tabs to show them.

Oh, I'm getting blind T_T
Well.. the wish was already there :)
