Version: 1.94 (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

When I update my Linux installation, I'd like to port my akregator articles too. Just now, for moving from Fedora 9 to F10, I copied ~/.kde/share/apps/akregator and it worked.

I wish if there were an easier mechanism to do this. Asking a newbie to navigate in to a hidden directory is not exactly a usability strength.

Hi. Such a feature is also useful if the storage format changes in some future version of Akregator.

It's a wishlist item and is still relevant. Every time I reinstall my OS, I take a backup of ~/.local/share/akregator so that I can restore it after installation.
