Summary: I cant enter my password in the Konsole Terminal using sudo. The Terminal doesn't allow me to type anything when it says [sudo] password for me: . I can type inside the Terminal until that appears.

if you enter your password and press enter, is the "sudo" mode activated? Remember that when you input a password, there is no feedback from the shell. And it is a wanted behaviour. Like when you call the "su" command.

Yes it can. It just does not show you what is being typed.
