When downloading any file from internet (without kget) (e.g. from kde-look.org) the save dialog appears but there is no suggested filename filled in. The filename field is empty. 
In KDE3 konqueror proposed the same filename as the filename on the server. This should be default for KDE4 too as it is extremly unconvenient to write some filename there everytime I want to download something.
