I should add that this is the history if you like of my playlist: I created the playlist, I think, using the 'dynamic random' playlist. I then did 'clear playlist' and repopulated by clicking 'collection', right click on 'local collection' and do 'append to playlist' (I tried 'load' too). what happens here is that, unlike amarok 1, clear does NOT turn off dynamic playlists. there is no visual feedback that dynamic mode is enabled, furthermore, so it is very unclear why it is suddenly sequential. i think to properly fix it, we should make clearing the playlist turn off dynamic mode. fixed in r886320 I have compiled from svn and can confirm that this works for me, it is certainly more intuitive to me now. |
