Version:           1.3.50 (using Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources

1. start Akregator
2. minimize to taskbar
3. klick on systray icon
Akragator is minimized to tray.
4.klick on systray icon again
Akragator is restored but remains minimized to taskbar.

I would expect it to restore to foreground.
