settings dialog size is too big

or more exactly it cannot adjust too low screen res. In effect I get cancel and ok buttons somewhere under panel and I cannot see them. So please set the values for minimal width and height to lower values.

The problem is quite serious because more and more computers will have low screen resolutions (1024x600).
